How to Disconnect Zoom
You can revoke Zoom access at any time:
- Go to Settings in Talivo
- Navigate to the Integrations section
- Find Zoom under Connected Integrations
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm the disconnection when prompted
What Happens When You Disconnect
- Your Zoom authorization tokens are immediately deleted from Talivo
- The token is revoked on Zoom's side so it cannot be used again
- Existing calendar events keep their meeting links, but Talivo will no longer be able to update or delete those Zoom meetings
- You can reconnect Zoom at any time by following the connection steps above

Troubleshooting
"User has not authorized Zoom access"
Your Zoom connection may have expired. Go to Settings > Integrations and reconnect Zoom.
Meeting link not generated
Ensure your Zoom account is active and the connection is still valid. Try disconnecting and reconnecting Zoom.
Cannot update or delete a meeting
This may happen if the meeting was created by a different Zoom account. Only the meeting host can modify or delete meetings.
